Yes! There are two that I use daily and they both pay via Paypal. They also have no minimum payout requirement (if they do, it's only like $1). Payments come in about a day or so after you cash out, which is awesome.

This one pays thru Paypal too. It has multiple daily surveys, contests, trivia, paid ads to click on and other stuff. It has alot of offers to do, but many are completely free. I have never done (and would never do) any that require a credit card. I've cashed out 3 times in the last 2 weeks for about $25, and that's without doing hardly any offers.
